Day 1 - Arrival in Delhi

On Arrival in Delhi Airport, meet and greet by our representative and followed by transfer to hotel.

DELHI: one of India's fastest growing cities has spread far beyond the "seven cities" created between the 13th and the 17th centuries. It has sprawled over the west bank of the Yamuna and now straddles the river. Remnants of the past survive cheek -by-jowl with skyscrapers, residential colonies and bustling commercial complexes. Delhi has some of the finest museums in the country. Its boutiques and shopping arcades offer access to a wealth of traditional and contemporary crafts from all over the country. It has specialty restaurants to please the gourmet, open parks and gardens ablaze with flowers, and in the winter months particularly, a variety of cultural events. Its many-layered existence is tantalizing and can entice the curious traveler into a fascinating journey of discovery

Day 2 - Delhi

Morning after breakfast leave for sightseeing tour of Delhi again.

Old & New Delhi – Jama Masjid (Friday mosque), , drive past the Red Fort, Raj Ghat, India Gate (the war memorial dedicated to the martyr’s of World War – 1) , The President's House -. formerly the Viceroy's Palace, Parliament House and the Secretariat buildings -an interesting blend of the Victorian and 20th century architecture. and the Secretariat buildings -an interesting blend of the Victorian and 20th century architecture. Enjoy the cycle Rickshaw ride at narrow street of famous Chandni Chowk market - In the heart of Old Delhi, Chandni Chowk is a busy shopping area with markets full of spices, dried fruit, silver jewelry and vivid saris, while the narrow side streets are crowded with tiny shops selling essential oils, stationery and traditional Indian sweets. Nearby, the vast Mughal-era Red Fort now houses a museum complex, and the 17th-century Jama Masjid is a huge red-sandstone mosque with towering minarets.

Day 3 -Delhi - Agra (204 kms / 4 ½ hrs)

Morning after breakfast and proceed to leave for drive to Agra.

Agra, is famous as the home to one of the Seven Wonders of the World – Taj Mahal The architectural splendour of the mausoleums, the fort and the palaces in Agra is a vivid reminder of the opulence of the legendary Mughal Empire. Agra is known for its superb inlay work on marble and soapstone by artisans who are hereditary craft persons.

Afternoon , visit Taj Mahal & Agra Red Fort, Itmad -Ud-Daulah

Taj Mahal - (the seventh wonder of world), built by Shah Jahan as a memorial to his wife Mumtaz Mahal , by the bank’s river Yamuna. After her untimely death, Shah Jahan had her mortal remains buried in this mausoleum. And after his own demise he was placed to rest next to his beloved queen in the same mausoleum The Taj has been called the most extravagant monument ever built for the sake of love. The great monument took almost 22 years to build and was completed in 1653. (The Taj Mahal is closed on Fridays)

Agra Red Fort - built by three generations of Mughal Emperors starting from Akbar the Great in 1565 AD, which is a masterpiece of design and construction. It housed both the residential Palaces of the which is a masterpiece of design and construction. It housed both the residential Palaces of the and the military quarters and offers other formidable views of the Taj Mahal from across the river.

Itmad – ud – Daulah , the Tomb is a Mughal mausoleum in the city of Agr in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Often described as a "jewel box", sometimes called the "Bachcha Taj" or the "Baby Taj", the tomb of I'timād-ud-Daulah is often regarded as a draft of the Taj Mahal.

Day 4 - Agra – Fatehpur Sirki – Jaipur (235 kms / 4 ½ hrs)

Morning breakfast at hotel and proceed to leave for Jaipur, en-route visiting Fatehpur Sikri

Fatehpur Sikri – an extraordinary city built by Akbar the Great in 1569 AD in red sandstone, with its forts, palaces, mosques and was abandoned 14 years after its creation due to political reasons.

Continue drive to Jaipur……

Jaipur, is the bustling capital city and a business centre with all the trapping of modern metropolis but yet flavored strongly with an age-old charm that never fails to surprise a traveler. Founded in AD 1727 by Sawai Jai Singh II, Jaipur the capital of Rajasthan is popularly known as the Pink City with broad avenues and spacious gardens. Day 5 - Jaipur

Morning after breakfast and leave for sightseeing tour of Jaipur.

Visit: Amber Fort, Hawa Mahal, City Palace, Jantar Mantar Observatory etc.

City Palace – the former royal residence built in a blend of the Rajasthani and Mughal styles which now houses a museum with a superb collection of Rajasthani costumes and armoury of the Mughals and Rajputs and the adjacent Jantar Mantar - an astronomical and astrological Observatory built by Maharja Jai Singh in 18th century to measure everything from altitude to time, and map the movement of the planets and the stars, which remarkable for its accuracy even at the present times on the way stopping for a photo at Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds)

Optional Enjoy a cycle rickshaw ride or a guided walk through the the bustling and colorful bazaars of the “Pink City” famous for Rajasthani jewellery, fabric and shoes (jutties), possess a timeless quality and are surely a treasure-trove for the shoppers.

Day 6 - Jaipur – Pushkar(150 kms kms / 3 hrs)

Morning after breakfast proceed to leave for Pushkar. Upon arrival at hotel, check -in at the hotel.

Pushkar, is a town bordering the Thar Desert, in the northeastern Indian state of Rajasthan. It's set on Pushkar Lake, a sacred Hindu site with 52 ghats (stone staircases) where pilgrims bathe. The town has hundreds of temples, including 14th-century Jagatpita Brahma Mandir, dedicated to the god of creation, which has a distinctive red spire and walls inlaid with pilgrims’ silver coins.

It is also famous for Pushkar Fair - the holy site is famous for its colorful annual fair during Kartik Poornima (full moon) in November each year. At this time this otherwise peaceful and gentle village on the banks of holy Pushkar take is thrown into colorful confusion when the desert tribes and camel caravans meet to trade cattle, camels, goat, sheep, clothes, jewellery and spices beside the sacred Pushkar Lake and to perform their rituals in its waters, to the accompaniment of temple & folk music. Upto 200000 traders and 50000 cattle pour into town, along with numerous festooned camels and colorful pilgrims. After 10 hectic days of livestock dealing, camel racing and colorful festivities, everybody goes for a big holy dip in the lake on the night of the full moon (Kartik Purnima).
Later leave for visit Brahma Temple and sacred Pushkar Lake.

Later visit Ajmer Dargah and return to hotel.

Day 7 - Pushkar- Udaipur (250 Kms/ 5 hrs)

Morning after breakfast drive to Udaipur. On arrival check in at hotel.

UDAIPUR: founded in 1568, by Maharaja Udai Singh, as capital of old Mewar state, the city has one of the largest palace complexes in the world, the City Palace and gleaming lakes with islands and is popularly known as the “lake-city” of Rajasthan.of the rebel Mughal Prince, Shah Jehan, who soon became the creator of the Taj Mahal in Agra

Day 8 - Udaipur

Morning after breakfast proceed to leave for sightseeing of Udaipur.

visit the magnificent City Palace -an assemblage of not one but four separate palaces covering some four acres of area & exceeding all other palaces for colossal grandeur. Also, visit Jagdish temple, Saheliyon ki Bari (garden of Maids of Honor).

You can experience boat ride at Lake Pichola

Day 9 - Udaipur- Jodhpur (250 kms kms / 4 ½ hrs)

Post breakfast proceed to leave for Jodhpur.

Johdpur, the largest city after Jaipur on the edge of the great Thar desert. It was founded by Rao Jodha -Chief of the Rajput clan known as Rathores. This Rathore kingdom was once known as Marwar - the Land of Death.

Later leave for sightseeing of Jodhpur – Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswath Thada, Umaid Bhawan Palace Museum.

Mehrangarh Fort –on a 37 mt low sandstone hill built by Rao Jodha in 1459. From the top of the fort one can get a bird’s eye view of the old city. You will notice the predominance of blue houses referred to as Brahmin houses -the colour being associated with the high caste.

Jaswant Thada, an imposing marble cenotaph built in 1899 for Maharajah Jaswant Singh II and smaller memorials to other Maharajahs of Jodhpur.

Umaid Bhawan Palace Museum and have a drink at the Pillars (direct payment) -this lavish art deco monument to royal living had an improbable conception: it was built as a public relief and employment project during a long period of drought by Maharaja Umaid Singh. It took over 3000 artisans and 15 years to build! With 347 rooms, it was one of the largest private residences of the world! Now converted into a luxury hotel, it sits on top of a hill with commanding views

Day 10 - Jodhpur - Jaisalmer (260 kms kms / 5 hrs)

Morning after breakfast, leave for sightseeing tour of Bikaner - Junagarh Fort, Karni Mata Temple, Rampuria Haveli and Camel Beading farm etc..

Later we drive to Jaisalmer, founded by Bhatti Rajput ruler Rawal Jaisal. This 'Golden City’ is located close to the Pakistan border and in close proximity to the Thar Desert. The town stands on a ridge of yellowish sandstone, crowned by a fort, which contains the palace and several ornate Jain temples. Many of the houses and temples are finely sculptured. Due to its strategic location it was an important ancient trading centre & camel caravans laden with precious spices & silk crossed the territory en-route India, Sindh, Arabia & Europe.

Overnight Hotel stay in Jaisalmer.

Day 11 - Jaisalmer

Post breakfast we explore Jaisalmer Fort, built in the year 1156 by Rawal Jaisal. Its massive sandstone walls are a tawny lion colour during the day, turning to a magical honey-gold as the sun sets. With some magnificient Havelis (Mansions), Palaces & beautifully sculptured Jain Temples embellish Jaisalmer. Patwon Ki Haveli in the heart of the town, is the most elaborate & magnificent of all the Jaisalmer Havelis comprises 5 havelis. The havelis are also known as the 'mansion of brocade merchants'. The carving on stone far surpasses in beauty the work on brocade & gold. Later we drive down 40 km away from Jaisalmer to Sam to take the Camel ride on the Sand Dunes of Sam, this simply amazing.

Day 12 - Jaisalmer - Bikaner (330 kms /6 hrs)

After breakfast proceed to leave for drive to Binkaner.

Bikaner, is a city in the north Indian state of Rajasthan, east of the border with Pakistan. It's surrounded by the Thar Desert. The city is known for the 16th-century Junagarh Fort, a huge complex of ornate buildings and halls. Within the fort, the Prachina Museum displays traditional textiles and royal portraits. Nearby, the Karni Mata Temple is home to many rats considered sacred by Hindu devotees.

Day 13 - Bikaner – Mandawa (200 kms /4 hrs)

Bikaner – Mandawa (200 kms /4 hrs)

Mandawa, is a town in Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan in India. It is part of Shekhawati region. Established in the 17th and 18th century this is a place that is even today popular for shooting movies, so don’t be surprised when you get to see some actors and actresses during your visit in this town. This is a town that is also dotted with numerous haveli and is believed to be an open art gallery due to number of beautiful decorated haveli.

Day 14 - Delhi depart

Early morning transfer to International Airport to connect onward flight connection. Final Departure from Delhi.
